In 2006, Dave and Kris Shattuck, working together with Dan and Renae, purchased Jefferson Apartments, a 10 unit apartment building in Anoka, Minnesota.  In addition to being the managing member of Jefferson Apartments LLC and owner of Jefferson Apartments, Dave assists with identifying opportunities, due diligence and asset management of Minnesota properties.  We look forward to Dave’s expanding role with Shattuck Properties.
