Renae joined Dan in investing in multi-family and commercial real estate in 1995.  Her ability to envision a property's potential has been a great addition to the organization.  Renae assists with identifying opportunities, due diligence and asset management of all properties.  She also works very closely with the Aaron Lake Apartment staff with marketing efforts and numerous special projects.  Renae’s recent projects at Aaron Lake Apartments have included:

·        Office, Clubhouse and Pool Area renovations

·        Creating a new Dog Park for our four-legged residents

·        Refurbishing the Model Apartment

·        Expanding the Picnic and Barbeque Area

·        Re-landscaping of the entire property

·        Redesign of all marketing materials
